Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Service straight away. Unsettled bets placed before changes take effect will be governed by the previous version of the Terms.

Your Responsibilities

When accessing the Website or using the Service, you confirm and agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction. We may request proof of age at any time.
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.
  • Online gambling is permitted in your country of residence, and you are not located in any prohibited jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your activity is lawful.
  • You will not use VPNs, proxies, or any tools that hide or alter your true location.
  • All payment methods you use are registered in your own name and you are their authorised user.
  • You will make payments in good faith and will not attempt to reverse or cancel any transaction.
  • You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through betting.
  • You will not place bets using illegally obtained information or act on behalf of others for commercial purposes.
  • You will not attempt to manipulate markets or compromise the integrity of the Service.
  • Neither you nor your close associates are registered in our affiliate programme.

Restricted Use

You are not permitted to use the Service if:

  • You are under 18 (or below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
  • You reside in, or are accessing the Website from, a country where online gambling is prohibited.
  • You are located in any of the following jurisdictions: Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Spain, Union of Comoros, USA and its territories, all FATF blacklisted countries, Ukraine, Belarus, or any other jurisdiction prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

Further prohibited activities include: collecting other users’ personal data, disrupting the Service, promoting unsolicited advertising, cheating or colluding, scraping odds, or engaging in any illegal conduct. You may not sell, transfer, or share your Account, nor transfer funds between player accounts. Company employees and their immediate family members may not play for real money without prior written approval.

Account Registration

To use the Service you must complete the registration process and accept these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse any registration application without explanation. We may require identity and address verification (e.g., passport, recent utility bill) before allowing betting or withdrawals. You must provide accurate personal and contact details, including a valid email address, and keep them updated. Only one Account per person is allowed; multiple accounts will be closed immediately.

Your password must remain confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

Managing Your Account

Accounts can hold multiple currencies based on transactions. We do not offer credit. We may suspend or close accounts for non-compliance, suspected fraud, or to protect the integrity of the Service, sometimes without prior notice. Erroneously credited funds remain our property and will be removed. Overdrawn accounts create a debt to us.

Responsible gambling is important. If betting stops being enjoyable, contact support to self-exclude – your Account will be disabled within 24 hours until you request reactivation. To close your Account permanently, email support from your registered address. Accounts and assets cannot be transferred, sold, or pledged to third parties.

Deposits

Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. Currency conversions use rates from musicdyslexia.co.uk or our payment processor (additional fees may apply). We generally cover deposit transaction fees, but you are responsible for any bank charges. Funds from illegal sources will not be accepted. Promotional bonus acceptance binds you to the relevant bonus terms.

Withdrawals

Verified players may withdraw available balances subject to our policy. A processing fee may apply. Minimum withdrawal is €100. Standard limits are:

  • Regular depositors: €2,500 per week / €10,000 per month
  • VIP: €4,000 per week / €16,000 per month
  • VIP Gold: €5,000 per week / €20,000 per month

Higher limits may be granted to loyal players upon request. Maximum winnings from a first deposit are capped at 25Ă— the deposited amount. All deposits must be wagered at least 3 times (x20 for players from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, India, Pakistan) before withdrawal, even without claiming a bonus. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours for verified accounts, but we require full verification before releasing funds. Payouts are made only to accounts matching your registered name.

Payments & Chargebacks

You are responsible for all legitimate charges. Any chargeback or reversal will incur reimbursement obligations plus a possible €50 administration fee. We use third-party payment processors and may screen transactions for money-laundering prevention.

Errors & Void Bets

System errors or malfunctions void affected bets. We may correct or cancel wagers placed at clearly incorrect odds or after an event has begun. Overpaid amounts will be recovered from your Account.

Betting Rules

Event winners are determined on the official settlement date. Results become final after 72 hours. Detailed sports betting rules are available separately on the Website.

Liability & Force Majeure

Our liability is limited to the lower of the stake/value of the relevant bet or €500. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or by your own actions or equipment.

Underage Gambling

Accounts belonging to minors will be suspended and winnings forfeited. Deposits may be returned (minus transaction fees) once the player reaches legal age, at our discretion.

Fraud & Irregular Play

We pursue legal action against fraud or dishonest behaviour. Irregular play – such as bets exceeding 150% of the current deposit value (including bonus buys) – may result in bonus/winnings removal and withdrawal refusal.

Intellectual Property & Licence

All content, software, odds, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited personal licence to use the Service for non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorised copying, scraping, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Complaints & Disputes

Contact Customer Support via the Website using your registered email for any issues. We aim to resolve betting disputes promptly. Unresolved matters may be escalated internally or referred to arbitration.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The English version prevails in case of conflict. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
